OSKI Time & CRM
Time tracking, HR and project pay in one platform for service teams
OSKI's own platform for time tracking, leave, tasks and pay: a desktop tracker that records work time, plus a web CRM for worklogs, boards, reports and salaries.

The problem it solves
Service companies bill clients and pay people by the hour, so every logged minute affects an invoice or a payslip. When time sits in one tool, leave in a spreadsheet and pay in another, numbers drift and managers fix them by hand. OSKI built this platform to run its own team on one set of records, and now offers it to other companies.
Typical uses
- Pay developers or contractors from logged hours
- Bill clients for billable time per project
- Track vacation, days off and holidays for a distributed team
- Let team leads and PMs plan weekly work and assign tasks
- Check who has started the working day

What OSKI Time & CRM does
A desktop app built with .NET MAUI and Blazor runs in the background and records worklogs, screenshots and activity levels. Time can also be added by hand.
Before a log is sent, the tracker checks it against entries already in the CRM. If times overlap, it shows both ranges and lets the user delete the local log or the CRM entry.
A web table of entries by task, with description, billable flag, start and end times, hours, a date range filter and totals.
Daily status, weekly planning, a Kanban board and personal task lists, with projects and tasks created by team leads and PMs.
Employee and team profiles, days off, holidays, vacation tracking and equipment records.
Wage or project pay calculated from logged time, personal tracking reports and Excel export.
A home dashboard with assigned tasks, unfulfilled days and birthdays, plus email notifications such as a message once every employee has started the day.
How the platform fits together
- Set up the team
Add employees, teams, projects and tasks in the web CRM.
- Track time
Staff run the desktop tracker during work or log hours directly in the web work log.
- Sync and check
The tracker uploads logs to the CRM and flags overlaps so each minute is counted once.
- Manage and pay
Leads review boards, leave and reports, then calculate wages or project pay and export to Excel.

“OSKI's team presented us with a professionally crafted browser-based platform that they had developed and successfully utilized internally.”
What is included?+
Two parts that share one set of data: a desktop time tracker and a web CRM for worklogs, boards, people, leave, reports and pay.
Who uses it today?+
OSKI runs its own team on it every day. VMK Group UA, a development and staffing company, has used it since 2023 for team time, leave and pay.
