How we work

Senior engineers who use AI. Not AI instead of engineers.

Every engineer at OSKI pairs with AI tooling every day. It makes the boring parts fast. It does not make the decisions, and it never ships unreviewed.

HUMANS OWN Judgment

The parts of software that decide whether it works for your business.

  • Architecture, data models and integration design
  • Business logic and edge cases, agreed with your team
  • Code review, QA sign-off and security decisions
  • Accountability: a named lead, a weekly demo, an agreed scope

AI ACCELERATES Volume

The parts that used to eat weeks of senior time without adding judgment.

  • Boilerplate, scaffolding and CRUD layers
  • Test coverage, fixtures and documentation
  • Large-scale refactoring and framework migrations
  • Content and data migrations, mapping, validation

Ways to work with us

Four ways to work together.

Same engineers and the same review standards in every model. What changes is who manages the work and how it is billed.

A full cross-functional team that works only on your product and grows with it.

  • Lead, engineers, QA, design on demand
  • Your backlog, our delivery process
  • Scale up or down month to month

Staff augmentation

Best for: in-house teams missing capacity or a specific skill.

Senior .NET, Umbraco, React or QA engineers join your team and follow your process.

White-label

Best for: digital agencies and Umbraco partners delivering to their clients.

We design, build and support under your brand. Your client works with you, not with us.

Expertise

Deep on .NET and Umbraco. Fluent across the modern web.

We have built on Umbraco, the leading .NET content management system, for more than 10 years, and have moved client sites across major releases, such as Jongeneel from Umbraco 8 to 17. That depth is why we take on complex migrations, and why we publish the tooling we build along the way.

What does OSKI Solutions do?+

We design, build and run custom software: web platforms and portals, internal systems such as ERP and CRM, mobile and desktop apps, AI and LLM integrations, and the cloud infrastructure underneath on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Our core stack is .NET, Umbraco, React, Vue and Angular.

How fast can you start?+

Discovery takes one to two weeks and ends with a fixed estimate. A dedicated team is usually in place within 2–4 weeks of the first call. For urgent rescue work on a stalled project we can start a senior engineer sooner.

How do you use AI, and is it safe for our code?+

Engineers use AI tooling for boilerplate, tests, documentation and migrations, which is where most of the 3× speed-up comes from. Architecture, business logic, security and review stay with people, and every line shipped is reviewed by a senior engineer. We work inside your repositories and policies, and can run fully on your infrastructure if required.

What does it cost?+

Most engagements run on a fixed-scope estimate or a monthly dedicated-team fee. Project sizes in our Clutch reviews range from $10K–$49K for focused builds to $50K–$199K for multi-year platforms. You get a written estimate after discovery, and scope changes are agreed with you before work on them starts.

Where are you based and how do we communicate?+

We work with clients worldwide and focus on the US, UK and Europe. OSKI Solutions OÜ is an EU-registered company (Estonia), with most of our engineering team in Ukraine. We work in English, in EU hours with morning overlap for US East Coast teams, with a weekly demo and a named lead on every project.

Are you an Umbraco partner?+

Yes. OSKI is a Registered Umbraco Partner, has more than 10 years of Umbraco experience, and maintains 11 Umbraco packages on NuGet, most of them free and MIT-licensed, with more than 50,000 NuGet downloads combined.

Who owns the code?+

You do. All source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are delivered to your repositories under your accounts, with full IP assignment in the contract.
