About Fairway Divorce

Provider of structured divorce solutions and consultations.

Fairway Divorce offers structured divorce solutions and consultations. Its website runs on Umbraco and .NET and was already live when OSKI joined.

The brief was to maintain and extend the existing site, not to rebuild it. Most of the work centered on forms: people use them to ask for help, and the sales and marketing teams need that data in their own tools without retyping it.

The challenge

What had to be solved

Every change had to fit into a working codebase without disrupting it.

  • Umbraco Forms had to be extended without breaking the logic already in place.
  • Submissions needed custom workflows and correct data mapping to reach outside systems.
  • New features had to stay consistent with the existing frontend components.
  • Client requests arrived continuously, and the site had to stay stable throughout.
The approach

How the team built it

A workflow per destination

OSKI wrote custom Umbraco Forms workflows that post submissions to Salesforce for sales and to Mailchimp for email marketing. The workflows sit inside Umbraco Forms, so existing form logic stays as it was.

Field mapping done carefully

Each form field maps to the matching Salesforce and Mailchimp fields. Leads arrive complete and ready for the sales and marketing teams to act on.

Components editors can reuse

The team added new Umbraco components and refactored older ones. Editors can now update pages with building blocks that keep the frontend consistent.

Small, steady releases

Client requests come in continuously. OSKI handles them in small releases, pairing JavaScript and jQuery improvements with stability work so the live site stays steady.

The outcome

What changed

Leads now move from the website to the right teams on their own.

  • Form submissions reach Salesforce and Mailchimp directly, with no manual data handling.
  • Reusable components make content updates easier.
  • The site keeps evolving with client requests without major disruption.
