These terms apply to your use of the website oski.solutions, operated by OSKI Solutions OÜ (registry code 16525070). By using the site you accept them. They do not cover client projects: those are governed by the individual contract we sign with each client.
1. Website content
Texts, graphics, case studies and the site design belong to OSKI Solutions OÜ or are used with permission. You may read, share links to, and quote short parts of our articles with attribution and a link to the source. Copying whole pages or using our content commercially requires our written permission.
Client names, logos and screenshots shown in case studies belong to their owners and appear with reference to work we performed.
2. Software packages
The Umbraco packages listed under Products are distributed through NuGet under the license stated for each package. Most are free under the MIT license; some use OSKI’s own license terms, and umContentTranslator is a commercial package. The license that ships with each package applies, not these terms.
3. Information on this site
Articles, estimates and examples are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Figures in case studies describe specific projects and are not a promise of the same result. Prices, versions and third-party details in blog articles were correct when published and may change.
4. Links to other websites
We link to third-party sites such as Clutch, NuGet, GitHub and official documentation. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
5. Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian or EU law.
