CRM development

A CRM that fits how your business actually works.

We build custom CRMs, connect existing ones to the rest of your stack and rescue in-house systems that outgrew their code. Sales, operations, support, HR and finance, on one source of truth that you own.

Start with the right question

Build, extend or modernize?

Not every company needs a custom CRM. We help you pick the cheapest path that solves the problem, and we have delivered all three.

Extend

Keep your CRM, connect it properly

Choose this when: You are happy with Salesforce, HubSpot or another platform, but data is re-typed between systems.

Integrations that move leads, deals, invoices and contacts automatically between your CRM, website, accounting and email tools.

website forms → Salesforce and Mailchimp
Build

A custom CRM around your process

Choose this when: Your workflow does not fit a standard CRM, per-seat licenses are getting expensive, or you need full control of the data.

A CRM designed from your specification: your entities, your pipeline stages, your reports, your permissions. You own the code.

Modernize

Rescue or upgrade a legacy CRM

Choose this when: An in-house system runs the business but sits on old technology, slows down or nobody wants to touch it.

Stabilization, data clean-up and a step-by-step move to a current stack, without stopping daily work.

What we build

CRMs for every team that touches the customer.

A CRM is rarely only about sales. These are the kinds of systems we have shipped, each linked to the project where we did it.

Client story

An in-house CRM for Lokad, built to their architecture.

Lokad, a Paris-based supply chain software company, wanted its own CRM instead of a packaged one. They wrote functional and architectural specifications and strict coding guidelines. OSKI designed the UX and built the system with a team of two to five engineers between May 2023 and December 2024.

  • Every change arrived as a pull request reviewed by Lokad’s own engineers.
  • The finished CRM stayed close to the original vision and was delivered on time.
  • Lokad later asked OSKI to build an AI assistant into its main platform.

We use what we build

Our own company runs on a CRM we wrote.

OSKI’s internal CRM handles worklogs, task boards, employee profiles, leave, salary calculation and reporting for the whole team. A desktop time tracker feeds it automatically. When it started to creak, we treated ourselves like a client: fixed the salary logic, cleaned the data and stabilized the code.

The same time-logging platform is now used by VMK Group, a development and staffing company, to plan projects, track leave and calculate pay.

Integrations

Your CRM, connected to everything else.

Most CRM pain comes from data typed twice. We connect the CRM to your website, accounting, email, telephony and identity systems so records flow on their own, with retries, logs and alerts when something fails.

How a CRM project runs

Adoption is planned from day one.

A CRM fails when people go back to spreadsheets. That is why we start from the process, release to one team first and keep the people who use it in every demo.

C# / .NETASP.NET CoreAngularReactVue.jsSQL ServerPostgreSQLMySQLEntity FrameworkHangfireAzureAWSDocker
  1. Map the process

We sit with the people who will use the CRM, list every entity, stage and handover, and mark what lives in spreadsheets or other tools today.

  2. Design data and screens

A data model, access rules and clickable UX for the main flows. You see how a record moves through the system before code is written.

  3. Build and migrate

Two-week sprints with weekly demos. Data from spreadsheets or the old CRM is moved by scripts, checked, and moved again until counts match.

  4. Roll out by team

One team goes live first, we fix what they find, then the rest follow. Training and documentation come with each step.

  5. Run and extend

Monitoring, support and new modules as the business changes. You own the code, the data and the infrastructure.

CRM FAQ

CRM questions we hear most.

Anything missing? Send us your question and an engineer will answer, usually within one business day.

Contact us
Should we build a custom CRM or use Salesforce or HubSpot?+

If your sales process is standard and your team is small, an off-the-shelf CRM is usually the faster and cheaper start, and we can integrate it with the rest of your systems. A custom CRM pays off when your workflow is specific, when per-seat licenses grow faster than the business, or when you need full control of data and hosting. We recommend one or the other after a short discovery, not by default.

How long does a custom CRM take to build?+

A first version that one team can use daily typically takes 8–12 weeks. Larger systems with several departments, integrations and data migration are delivered in phases over several months. You get a fixed estimate for the first phase after discovery.

Can you move our data from spreadsheets or an old CRM?+

Yes. We write migration scripts, run them on a copy, compare record counts and spot-check with your team before the final move. On the Auto.co.il project we moved about 100,000 records out of a legacy CRM into a new platform.

Will the CRM work with our accounting, email and website?+

That is usually the point of the project. We have connected CRMs and business systems to QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Eloqua, Twilio, SendGrid and single sign-on providers such as Okta and Auth0.

Who owns the code and the data?+

You do. The source code, database and infrastructure live in your accounts, with full IP assignment in the contract. There are no per-user license fees to OSKI.

Can you take over a CRM another team built?+

Yes. We start with a code and data review, fix the issues that hurt daily work first, and then agree on a plan for improvements or a gradual rebuild. That is how we approached both our own CRM and Jongeneel’s operations platform.
