Logistics & supply chain software

Logistics software for fulfillment, sourcing and transport operations.

Goods move only as fast as the paperwork behind them. We build the systems that buy from suppliers, track shipments, plan transport, count stock and bill clients, so your team stops copying data between tabs.

Where logistics teams lose time

Three problems we keep being asked to fix.

Each one grows with volume. A few orders or loads a day can be handled by hand. Hundreds cannot.

Sourcing

Every order is bought by hand

Sounds familiar if: Staff place supplier orders one by one, copy tracking numbers into the system and update stock when boxes arrive.

Products linked to their suppliers once. After that the platform places the order, imports tracking and updates stock on arrival.

Operations

The yard runs on paper and old code

Sounds familiar if: Inspections, safety checklists and transport planning live in an internal system nobody wants to touch, or on paper.

One role-based platform for inspections, toolboxes, equipment and planning, on a supported stack with tests and monitoring.

Reconcile

Stock, shipments and books disagree

Sounds familiar if: Ordered, received and invoiced quantities differ, units get mixed up, and finance fixes it in QuickBooks at month end.

Inventory, purchasing and shipping in one system, with quantities checked against each other and a two-way accounting sync.

What we build

Software for the order, the load and the ledger.

Each item links to the client project where we built it. Most projects start with one of these and add the next once it pays off.

Fulfillment and sourcing automation

Supplier purchases placed for each customer order, tracking imported, stock updated on arrival and clients billed at the right stage.

  • Products mapped to suppliers once
  • Orders placed through the 1688 API
  • Billing tied to order stages

Client story

Peregrine Ship: sourcing that runs itself, order by order.

Peregrine Ship is a Hong Kong company that runs a dropshipping and fulfillment platform for high-volume e-commerce. From June 2024 to July 2025, a team of two to five OSKI engineers worked on its backend for orders, inventory and fulfillment, its admin dashboard and its third-party logistics API integrations.

  • Factory Connections map each product to its 1688 supplier through TMApi. Sourcing then runs on its own.
  • The platform places the 1688 order, imports tracking and updates warehouse stock when goods arrive.
  • Stock is bought per order, so no excess inventory is stored.
  • The team handles more simultaneous orders without extra manual work.

Transport operations

Jongeneel: inspections, toolboxes and planning on a current stack.

Jongeneel is a transport company. Its staff use an internal, role-based platform for inspections, safety checklists, equipment, employee administration, transport planning and reporting.

The platform ran on Umbraco 8 and .NET Framework. We mapped the business-critical modules first, then moved it to Umbraco 17 on .NET 10. A deprecated plugin was replaced, custom back-office tools kept working, and Hangfire jobs, notifications and scheduled tasks kept running. Tests guarded the business logic throughout.

Built for daily operations

Safeguards we have shipped for logistics teams.

A wrong quantity or a missed charge shows up later as a loss or an unpaid balance. These practices come from the projects on this page.

Money moves at the right step

Clients pay for sourcing once a purchase succeeds and for shipping once goods are prepared for dispatch, based on real product and shipping values.

stage-based billing

Pricing without developers

Admins change taxes, manager fees and CNY exchange rates themselves. The platform keeps the history of each value.

sourcing settings

Quantities that reconcile

Ordered, received and invoiced quantities are checked against each other, and Excel and PDF reports are validated against accounting figures.

EPPlus and iText7 reports

Sync in background jobs

QuickBooks sync runs as Hangfire jobs, so a slow API call does not block the person entering an order or a shipment.

two-way QuickBooks sync

Tests before the upgrade

xUnit and Moq tests check business logic while the platform moves to a new stack. Serilog and Sentry watch background processing after.

Lokad: a CRM to spec, then an AI assistant in the product.

Lokad is a Paris-based company whose platform runs supply chain forecasting and optimization on its own language, Envision. Between May 2023 and December 2024 we built Lokad’s in-house CRM to their functional and architectural specifications, with every change reviewed by their engineers.

  • In 2025 Lokad asked us to put an assistant inside its platform.
  • The assistant writes Envision scripts and runs them against the real runtime before the user sees them.
  • 82% of generated scripts run on the first try.

Integrations

Suppliers, marketplaces, logistics and accounting, connected.

Most logistics work is data moving between companies. We connect your platform to the supplier, marketplace, logistics and accounting APIs it depends on, and run the sync in background jobs, away from the screens your staff work in.

How a logistics project runs

Start with the step that costs the most hours.

We do not automate the whole operation at once. We find the manual step your team repeats most, automate it, and then move to the next one while the system stays in daily use.

C# / .NET 8–10ASP.NET CoreAngularReactSQL ServerMySQLEntity Framework CoreHangfireAWS EC2AWS S3AWS SQS
  1. Follow one shipment

We trace a single order or load from intake to delivery and invoice. Every manual step, paper form and spreadsheet goes on the list.

  2. Check the APIs

Supplier, marketplace, logistics and accounting APIs: access, limits and which fields they really return. This decides what can be automated.

  3. Agree the rules

When stock moves, when money is charged, which units apply and who is alerted when a step fails. You approve them before we build.

  4. Build in phases

The step that costs your team the most hours ships first. Two-week sprints with demos on real or sandbox data.

  5. Run and adjust

Production support and a steady flow of change requests, without breaking the features your operations depend on every day.

Logistics FAQ

Logistics software questions we hear most.

Anything missing? Send us your question and an engineer will answer, usually within one business day.

Contact us
Have you built logistics or fulfillment software before?+

Yes. From June 2024 to July 2025 we worked on Peregrine Ship’s dropshipping and fulfillment platform in Hong Kong: the backend for orders, inventory and fulfillment, the admin dashboard, third-party logistics API integrations and automated sourcing from 1688. In its Clutch review the client reported about 35% faster fulfillment and 50% less manual admin work.

Can you automate purchasing from suppliers?+

For Peregrine Ship, a sourcing manager links each product to its 1688 supplier once. The platform then places the supplier order, imports the tracking number and updates warehouse stock when goods arrive. About 30% of the manual order flow was replaced by automated actions.

Do you work on transport operations systems?+

Yes. Jongeneel, a transport company, runs inspections, safety checklists, toolboxes, materials and transport planning on an internal platform. We moved it from Umbraco 8 and .NET Framework to Umbraco 17 on .NET 10 while daily workflows kept running.

Will the system connect to QuickBooks?+

We have built QuickBooks integrations in two ERP projects. One syncs purchase orders and vendor data. The other runs a two-way invoice sync with vendor mapping, tax logic and automatic remapping of item IDs, as background jobs.

Do you work with supply chain software companies?+

Yes. For Lokad, a Paris-based supply chain software company, we built an in-house CRM to their specification and later an AI assistant inside their platform. Users reach a first working Envision script about 70% faster, and 82% of generated scripts run on the first try.

Can you take over a system another team built?+

Yes. We start with a review of the code, dependencies and business-critical modules, then fix what hurts daily work first. That is how we approached Jongeneel’s platform and the One Motion ERP, which we develop and support in production.

Who owns the code and the data?+

You do. Code, databases and API credentials live in your accounts, with full IP assignment in the contract. We charge for the work, not per shipment or per user.
