Insurance

Web platforms that insurance teams can run themselves.

Alliant, a large US insurance brokerage, had several related websites on an outdated stack where every content change needed a developer. We rebuilt them on one multi-site Umbraco architecture with Okta sign-in for editors, forms connected to Eloqua and automated deployments on Azure.

Problems we have solved

What clients in this sector came to us with.

Each one is taken from a delivered project, with a link to the case study.

Editors

Every change needs a developer

The situation: Marketing and product teams wait for developers to publish routine content and campaign pages.

A back office designed for editors, with reusable blocks and forms they can configure themselves.

ExampleAlliant
editors publish without developers
Multi-site

Related sites managed one by one

The situation: Separate sites for lines of business or brands each run on their own setup.

One multi-site architecture where new sites launch on existing components instead of a new build.

ExampleAlliant
one Umbraco architecture for many sites
Integrations

SSO and marketing automation are required

The situation: Corporate sign-in and the marketing automation platform are non-negotiable parts of the stack.

Okta single sign-on for the back office and forms that feed Eloqua directly, on hosting built to scale.

Can editors sign in with our corporate identity provider?+

Yes. Alliant’s editors sign in to the Umbraco back office with Okta single sign-on.

Can forms feed our marketing automation?+

Yes. On Alliant, site forms are connected to Oracle Eloqua, so campaigns no longer need extra form configuration each time.

Can we add more sites later?+

That is the point of a multi-site architecture: new projects launch on the existing components and infrastructure without major rework.

A spec, a Figma file or three paragraphs is enough to start.

  1. First reply · from an engineer, not a sales rep
  2. 30-min call · with Roman, our CTO, to clarify scope
  3. After the call · a written proposal with plan, team and price
