Manufacturing & distribution

ERP and operations software for manufacturers and distributors.

We build the internal systems that run production and distribution: two custom ERPs that replaced scattered tools for inventory, purchasing, shipping and reporting and keep QuickBooks in sync, and a platform that turns personalized Amazon orders into print jobs across 7 marketplaces.

Problems we have solved

What clients in this sector came to us with.

Each one is taken from a delivered project, with a link to the case study.

One system

Stock, orders and books in different tools

The situation: Every sale, stock movement and purchase is typed into several systems, and nobody can say where an order stands without checking three of them.

One ERP where each event is recorded once and visible to everyone who needs it, with accounting kept in QuickBooks.

20% faster fulfillment, 40% faster reports
Precision

Numbers that end up on invoices

The situation: Weights, units, tax and tariff rules feed invoices and certificates, so a small rounding error becomes a billing problem.

Unit conversions, report mapping and a two-way QuickBooks sync built and tested for exact figures, with changes shipped without breaking production.

LB, KG, STON and MTON conversions
Production

Orders that need a production step

The situation: Personalized or made-to-order products need artwork checks and routing before they reach the shop floor.

Order intake from marketplaces, automatic checks and routing to the production queue, with the real margin on every product.

Manufacturing & distribution FAQ

Questions we hear in this sector.

Anything missing? Send us your question and an engineer will answer, usually within one business day.

Contact us
Can the ERP stay in sync with QuickBooks?+

Yes. Both ERPs in our case studies sync with QuickBooks, including vendors and invoices. The One Motion sync handles invoice date mismatches, tax and tariff rules, vendor field mapping and duplicates.

Do we have to replace everything at once?+

No. We usually start with the process that hurts most, often inventory and orders, and add purchasing, shipping and reporting module by module.

Who supports the system after launch?+

We can. On One Motion ERP we develop the platform and support it in production, shipping a steady flow of change requests without destabilizing daily work.
